Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children released to North America

FF7 sequel on DVD and UMD

Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children, the straight-to-DVD sequel to the ever-popular FF7 is now available on DVD and UMD in North America.

Japan has had the film for months, but the long translation process has led to delays in creating the English version.

Advent Children follows the main characters from the original PlayStation game two years after the events in FF7. Most of the familiar faces are appearing in the movie, including Cloud Strife (Steve Burton), Tifa Lockhart (Rachel Leigh Cook), Aeris Gainsborough (Mena Suvari) and Sephiroth (George Newbern).

The film is available on DVD and UMD for the Sony PlayStation Portable.
