The first downloadable content (DLC) for Fable II is now available for download.  The expansion, called “Knothole Island” adds a new area to explore within the game’s world of Albion.

Knothole Island promises new areas on the mysterious Knothole Island, along with new characters to meet and quests to perform.  Lionhead estimates about four hours worth of added gameplay is available in the pack.

Knothole Island can be downloaded from the Xbox Live Marketplace for 800 Microsoft Points.  The DLC was originally set for release mid December, but was delayed until January.
