Game Endings

Note: Spoilers, of course.

Chrono Cross is different than other RPGs in many ways. The ending is one of them.

Don't go into the final battle with weapons flailing and elements firing at random. All you'll get is credits and dissapointment. It's hinted, but they never really tell you in the game how to finish it. Equip the Chrono Cross and watch the colors on the top that indicate the element orders. You must have the elements cast in the proper order:

Yellow, Red, Green, Blue, Black, White then Chrono Cross

It's not really that hard to do, and it doesn't have to be completely perfect. During the battle, just try to follow this order as often as possible and you should get to see the good ending. Be sure to go into the battle with many of each element and the Chrono Cross. Try to keep your stanima high so you can keep the elements coming. The boss' elements will count too, so hope he casts the right ones at the right time.
