Morrie's Monster Arena
On your way to Pickham, you may notice an odd, round building with an even odder man standing on its roof. This is the Monster Arena, and that man is Morrie. When you speak with him, he'll give you three Morrie's Memos which give details and locations of three infamous monsters. Finding these monsters, defeating them and sending them back to Morrie's place gives you access to the Monster Arena.
The Monster Arena is a battle ground for monsters. You can create teams of three monsters and fight them against others in the arena. You can find new members for your team out in the field, as stronger monsters are needed to fight throughout the game.
There are 8 rounds in the Monster Arena, ranging from Rank G–A and a final Rank S. Each round includes three battles, and various prizes can be won. Among these prizes is the Call Team ability for the Hero. This ability allows you to call your monster team to fight for you in real battles.
