Dragon Age II
Dragon Age II is a sequel to Dragon Age: Origins.
The main character, Hawke, will be fully voiced, and will always be a human character (unlike the Warden of Dragon Age: Origins, which could be human, elf or dwarf. The character class and gender of the character will remain up to the player. The dialog system of Origins will be replaced with a new one in the style of Mass Effect 2.
The game takes place over a decade following the events of Dragon Age: Origins and its expansion, Awakening. The main character, Hawke, survived the Blight of the first game and gradually rises to power throughout the story.
Players will be able to import save files from Dragon Age: Origins into Dragon Age II, with the choices made in the first game influencing the world of the sequel.
Dragon Age II is set for release on March 8, 2011 in North America, and then on March 11, 2011 in Europe. The game will be released on the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and Windows platforms.
