The Parent Achievement
The Parent achievement in Fable II is earned when you have your first child. After getting married, you can have a child by having unprotected sex with your spouse.
You can either do this soon after your wedding, or later on by seducing your wife or husband with various expressions, or most directly using the 'come back to my place' expression on them.
Children in Fable II have an amazingly short gestation period, as you'll wake up to a new crib in your home.
