Bobblehead Locations

Bault-Tec bobblehead dolls are scattered throughout the Capital Wasteland in Fallout 3. There are two Xbox 360 Achivements or PlayStation Trophies to be earned by collecting them, with the first at 10 bobbleheads and the second at the full 20 bobbleheads.

In addition to earning you some achievements or trophies, these bobbleheads each give a bonus to either your S.P.E.C.I.A.L. stats or your skills.

The following is a list of all bobblehead doll locations in Fallout 3:

S.P.E.C.I.A.L. Bobbleheads

  • Bobblehead - Agility: This bobblehead is located in the Greener Pastures Disposal Site, south of the Republic of Dave. The bobblehead is in the facility office.

  • Bobblehead - Charisma: Vault 108 is located far to the east of the world map, south of the Republc of Dave, and contains another bobblehead. It's in the cloning lab.

  • Bobblehead - Endurance: Deathclaw Sanctuary has this bobblehead. This area is northwest of Paradise Falls. You'll find it near the entrance to the sanctuary, by a dead Brahmin.

  • Bobblehead - Intelligence: Rivet City, southeast of downtown, has this doll on a desk inside the science lab. You'll get here as part of the main questline, if you don't find it sooner.

  • Bobblehead - Luck: The Arlington Cemetery holds another bobblehead. To get there, you'll need to enter the Marigold Station and proceed through Falls Church and the Falls Church/Arlington Metro Station.

  • Bobblehead - Perception: There's one in the Republic of Dave, which is a camp in the North-east of your map. You'll find it on a shelf inside the Museum of Dave.

  • Bobblehead - Strength: There's one in Sheriff Lucas Simm's house in Megaton. There's an option to destroy Megaton in the game. Be sure to collect this before you do! His house is locked with an Average lock, so you'll need to pick the lock, pickpocket Lucas for the key, or take the key from his dead body.

Skill Bobbleheads

  • Bobblehead - Barter: West of Megaton is Evergreen Mills, where you can find the Barter bobblehead. In the Market Bazaar, there's one on a broken down shelf. It's tucked away in a corner behind Smiling Jack, the merchant who, unlike the Raiders who infest Evergreen Mills, doesn't attack you.

  • Bobblehead - Big Guns: Fort Constantine, which is in the north-west area of your map, east of the river. The bobblehead is in a safe in the basement of the CO Quarters.

  • Bobblehead - Energy Weapons: In the north-west corner of your map, you'll find Raven Rock. The facility here only becomes accessible later in the main storyline, though. You'll find a bobblehead in Colonel Autumn's bedroom on a table. This is before you enter the door to area 2C. When you see the door to area 2C, look across the hall for the room with the bobblehead. If you miss this one and go through the door, it's gone for good.

  • Bobblehead - Explosives: Below the rocky ridge at the WKML Broadcast Station is a manhole leading to the Sealed Cistern. If you can't find it, try fast-travelling to the broadcast station and looking at your local map where yo

  • Bobblehead - Lockpick: There's one in the Bethesda Offices East in the Bethesda Ruins, on a desk.

  • Bobblehead - Medicine: This one is available at the start of the game, right before you go to take the G.O.A.T. It's on your dad's desk in Vault 101. If you missed it, don't worry: a quest later in the game will send you back into Vault 101. Pick it up if you can, though, because the skill bonus comes in handy.

  • Bobblehead - Melee Weapons: This bobblehead is in the Dunwich Building's Virulent Underchamber. Just Virulent Underchambers, on the floor near to the door back into the Dunwich Building.

  • Bobblehead - Repair: The repair bobblehead is in Aerefu, in Evan King's house (a lockpicking skill of 50 is required).

  • Bobblehead - Science: In Vault 106, in the Living Quarters area you'll find another one. It's on a shelf.

  • Bobblehead - Small Guns: At the National Guard Depot, go through the training room and offices to exit from a door to the main room. Use the power switch on the wall to your left, and enter the Armory door, then search the shelves, it'll be there.

  • Bobblehead - Sneak: The Sneak bobblehead is in the Yao Guai Tunnels, on top of a metal box, north of a pool of water.

  • Bobblehead - Speech: There's one on table inside Euology's Pad at Paradise Falls.

  • Bobblehead - Unarmed: Rockopolis, where this one can be found, is not a marked location on the map. It's North of Girdershade and West of Smith Casey's Garage, forming a right angle with the two. Next to the dead Argyle's body is the bobblehead.
