After the Mission 11 cutscene, zone and wait until the next Vana'diel day to return to Naja Salaheem. As you approach her, the next cutscene will begin.
Next, go to Nashmau and find Pyopyoroon at H-7. He'll say that you can attrack the ghosts with some Spectral Scent, and tell you that he can make a vial if you bring him a Vial of Jody's Acid. This acid is Rare/Exclusive and drops off of Ameretats in Bhaflau Thickets.
Return to Nashmau and trade the vial to Pyopyoroon to receive a Vial of Spectral Scent.
