After the cutscene in the Imperial palace, head through Wajaom Woodlands to (G-7) and enter Aydeewa Subterrane. You will need Sneak and Invisible inside this area. Your goal is a blank targetable point at (F-8) on the map shown here.
Check the point to view a cutscene. Be careful when completing the scene: you can't be aggroed during it, but you may find yourself under attack when it is over.
