You may need to wait until after midnight Japan time to begin this mission.
Talk to Cacaroon (G-11) to view a cutscene. Trade him either an Imperial Bronze Piece or 1000 gil. Then, head to the Walahra Temple (K-8) to view another cutscene. Finally, head to the Shararat Teahouse at (K-12) for a final cutscene.
When given a repeated list of options, choose each of them until a fourth (Raillefal's Secret) appears. Choose it. You'll be presented with three options. The first is purely for humor, but it doesn't seem to matter which you select. You'll be given another option depending on what you choose — again, choose any of the three.
