Quests in Jeuno

In Final Fantasy XI quests are done in order to obtain Fame. When you have higher rank of fame, prices in shops will be reduced, new quests will be activated, and some of these quests will help you acquire very expensive items that you wouldn't be able to acquire otherwise.

Tenshodo Membership

NPC: Ghelbi Danonohe (I-7)-Lower Jeuno, Neptune's Spire
Reward: Tenshodo Invite, Tenshodo Membership Pass

Repeatable: No

To gain access to the Tenshodo, you must bring back either a Tenshodo invite or a Tenshodo application form. Tenshodo invites can only be obtained from other player characters that are members of the Tenshodo. The Tenshodo applicatin forms are given out at the Tenshodo branch in Bastok. Talk with Silver Owl in Port Bastok. He will give you want you need. When you hand this over to Ghelbi, she accepts you as a member and gives you a pass of your very own.

The Goblin Tailor

NPC: Guttrix (H-10)-Lower Jueno
Reward: Race Specific Armor
Requirements: None
Item(s) Needed: Treasure Chest Key, Magical Pattern
Repeatable: Yes, until you have all 4 pieces of armor

Guttrix is willing to make you some fancy armor if you give him the correct Magical Pattern. Speak with him to begin quest and to learn which race week it currently is. Once your race week comes up, he will also tell you where you can find the Magical Patterns. He will only choose either Gusgen Mines, Ordelle's Caves or Maze of Shakhrami. Obtain a Treasure Chest Key from the dungeon he told you, and open a Treasure Chest. You will recieve a Magical Pattern. Return the pattern to Guttrix and he will give you a choice of which armor you want. You may repeat the quest until your week is up or until you have obtained all 4 pieces.

A Candlelight Vigil

NPC: Ilumida (G-8)-Upper Jeuno
Reward: Flower Necklace

Ilumida needs a candle in remebrance of her late husband. To get a candle, you must do the Candle Making quest. Once completed that, you will have your candle to return in exchange for a Flower Necklace.

Candle Making

NPC: Rouliette (H-9)-Upper Jeuno, Church
Reward: Candle
Requirments: Accepted a Candlelight Vigil
Item(s) Needed: Lanolin Cube
Repeatable: No

This quest allows you to complete A Candlelight Vigil quest. First Rouliette needs a Lanolin Cube, which can be found on Battering Rams in La Theine Plateau. Bring one to Rouliette and you will get a Candle

The Gobbie-bag Part I

NPC: Bluffnix (H-9)-Lower Jeuno
Reward: 5 extra inventory slots
Requirments: None
Item(s) Needed: 1 Dhalmel Leather, 1 Linen Cloth, 1 Peridot, 1 Steel Ingot
Repeatable: No

Bluffnix will make you a larger bag (5 extra inventory slots) if you bring him all the materials he wants. Most of these can be purchased from the Auction House. (*Be warned: This quests requires a certain level of fame, so if you speak with Bluffnix and he does not offer the quest to you, continue doing hometown quests and come back).

The Gobbie-bag Part II

The Gobbie-bag Part IV

NPC: Bluffnix (H-9)-Lower Jeuno
Reward: 5 extra inventory slots
Requirments: Complete the Gobbie-bag Part I, Part II and Part III quest.

The Wonder Magic Set

NPC: Panta-Putta (H-10)-Lower Jeuno
Reward: Mythril Earring

When you speak with Panta-Putta, a Cardian comes in and a small argument happens. At the end, Panta-Putta asks you to get the Cardian a Wonder Magic Set. In order to get this set, you must first complete the quest, Childs Play.

Childs Play

NPC: Karl (H-8)-Port Jeuno
Reward: Wonder Magic Set
Requirments: None
Item(s) Needed: White Rock
Repeatable: No

Karl wants a White Rock in return for a Wonder Magic Set. You can buy these from the Auction House or the Goldsmiths' Guild in Bastok. Once you give him the rock, he will give you the Wonder Magic Set, which will enable you to complete the Wonder Magic Set quest.

Pretty Little Things

NPC: Zona Shadhun (E-8)-Port Jeuno
Reward: Mog House Exit Upgrade
Requirments: None
Item(s) Needed: Yellow Rock
Repeatable: No

Zona Shadhun wants a Yellow Rock, and in return she will tell you how to exit your Mog House to any area in Jeuno. The Yellow Rock can be purchased from the Auction House or at the Goldsmiths' Guild in Bastok.

The Antique Collector

NPC: Imasuke (E-6)-Port Jeuno
Reward: Map of Delkfutt's Tower
Requirments: None
Item(s) Needed: Kaiser's Sword
Repeatable: No

Imasuke will give you a map of Delkfutt's Tower if you bring him a Kaiser Sword. The swords are dropped from Dancing Weapons on Qufim Island.
