Quests for your Mog House
There are quests you can do to upgrade your Mog House. You can upgrade your Mog Safe to hold extra items, or you can upgrade your Mog House Exit so that you can end up in different parts of the city.
Mog House Safe Upgrade
Give a Moogle a Break
NPC: Moogle
Reward: Mog House safe up to 60 items
Requirments: High level fame in your home nation
Item(s) Needed: Bronze Bed, Beetle Ring, Power Bow
Repeatable: No
Once you have put the Bronze Bed in your Mog House, the Moogle gets homesick. He tells you that he wants to take a vacation, and that he wants some help getting gifts for his family. He wants a Beetle Ring for his Mother, and a Power Bow for his Father. You can either synthesize or buy all these items. When you get these things for the Moogle, he is very happy and leaves for home. He will return in a few (Vana'diel) days with an upgraded Mog House Safe.
The Moogle's Picnic
NPC: Moogle
Reward: Mog House safe up to 70 items
Requirments: Complete the "Give a Moogle a Break" quest
Item(s) Needed: Mahogany Bed, Selbina Butter, Shrimp Lure
Repeatable: No
Your Moogle gets homesick again soon after you put in the Mahogany Bed. He wants to go home again but needs more gifts. This time he thinks Selbina Butter and a Shrimp Lure would do very well. When you bring these back to the Moogle, he will leave again for a few (Vana'diel) days. He returns with another updated Mog House Safe.
Moogles in the Wind
NPC: Moogle
Reward: Mog House safe up to 80 items
Requirments: Complete the "Give a Moogle a Break" and "The Moogle's Picnic" quest
Item(s) Needed: Noble Bed, Raptor Mantle, Wool Hat
Repeatable: No
A few days after you place the Noble Bed in your Mog House, your Moogle will once again become home sick. He wants to visit some friends and bring them presents; the Raptor Mantle and Wool Hat. When you bring these items back to him, he is very happy and leaves on his trip. When he returns after a few (Vana'diel) days, he will have another updated Mog House Safe.
Mog House Exit Upgrade
Flower Child
NPC: Ojha Rhawash (C-13)-Windurst Walls
Reward: Mog House Exit Upgrade
Requirments: None
Item(s) Needed: flower, Lilac
Repeatable: No
If you give Ojha a flower, she will appreicate the gift, but her favorite flower is the Lilac. You can buy these at the Auction House or grow them in your garden. When you give her the flower, she tells you how to go from the Mog House to whichever area of the city you wish.
Growing Flowers
NPC: Kuu Mohzolhi (F-7)-Northern San d'Oria
Reward: Mog House Exit Upgrade
Requirments: None
Item(s) Needed: flower, Marguerite
Repeatable: No
If you give Kuu a flower, she will appreicate the gift, but her favorite flower is the Marguerite. You can buy these at the Auction House or grow them in your garden. When you give her the flower, she tells you how to go from the Mog House to whichever area of the city you wish.
A Lady's Heart
NPC: Valah Molkot (J-12)-Port Bastok
Reward: Mog House Exit Upgrade
Requirments: None
Item(s) Needed: Amaryllis
Repeatable: No
Valah Molkot has been watching the gardening that has been going on in the city. She is hoping for a red flower. If you bring an Amaryllis (grow it or buy it), she will tell you how to go from the Mog House to whichever area of the city you wish.
