Seiryu is spawned by trading the Gem of the East and the Springstone to the ??? point at L-8 in Ru'Aun Gardens. Seiryu can be respawned once every fifteen minutes.
Seiryu is a Monk and will use the two-hour ability Hundred Fists. It also uses Aero IV, Aeroga III, Tornado and Choke.
A full alliance is recommended to kill Seiryu. Often, with larger linkshell groups, even more players are used and are subbed in and out of the alliance when needed.
The Seal of Seiryu is one of items used to spawn Kirin.
