Suzaku is spawned by trading the Gem of the South and the Summerstone to the ??? point at E-9 in Ru'Aun Gardens. Suzaku can be respawned once every fifteen minutes.
Suzaku is a Red Mage and will use the two-hour ability Chainspell. It uses the magic spells Fire Damage, Burn, Fire IV, Firaga III, Flare. When it uses chainspell and begins to cast, it's generally a good idea to run away to avoid being caught in AoE spells. A tank will need to hold Suzaku still while this occurs.
A full alliance is recommended to kill Suzaku. Often, with larger linkshell groups, even more players are used and are subbed in and out of the alliance when needed.
The Seal of Suzaku is one of items used to spawn Kirin.
