Windurst 3-3: A New Journey
After you accept this mission you are sent to the Heavens Tower and see the Star Sibyl in the Vestal Chamber. You are asked to work for the Windurst Embassy, located in the Ru'Lude Gardens area of Jeuno.
At the Embassy, talk to Pakh Jatalfih - he asks you to go to Delkfutt's Tower to search for Heimji-Keimji.
You have to travel to the 10th floor of the Delkfutt's Tower and kill Porphyrion (a giant).It is extremly tough so you might want to consider having an alliance. It will drop 6 Delkfutt keys each, so if you have an alliance, you'll have to wait for it to regenerate and fight it again (about 10 minute respawning time).
When everybody in the party has a key, trade it to the elevator (H-8). Finally head to the tunnel to the east, walk down a 9 flights of stairs down to the first floor. You will be in the basement. There are 3 rooms for each respective nations (M-7, M-8, N-9). In each one is the Ambassador. After a cut scene, you're ready to leave the area. Go to the tunnel in that very same area and walk down a very long stairs down to the first floor.
Return to the Embassy and speak with Pakh, who will direct you to the Ambassador's office. There, Heimji-Keimji rewards you.
