Windurst 6-2: Saintly Invitation
As always, begin this mission with a Gate Guard. You'll be summoned to Heaven's Tower to speak with the Star Sibyl and answer her questions about the previous mission. She'll give you an opportunity to redeem yourself by participating in a competition with the Yagudo. Upon beginning, you'll be given a new title: "Hero on Behalf of Windurst".
You'll be fighting in a Burning Circle, which means only one party can participate. Additionally, this BCNM is only accessible to those who have initiated (and are on that stage) or have completed the Saintly Invitation mission. This means only Windurstians who have reached or completed 6-2 can enter. Also, if you have reached 6-2, started it and fought in this Burning Circle and won, you can't do the fight again until you complete the mission.. The four Yagudo you'll be fighting are level 64, so assemble the highest-level party you can.
Head to Balgas Dais in Giddeus (accessible through Giddeus G-12 zone). The four Yagudo inside are:
- Buu Xolo the Bloodfaced (Samurai)
- Chaa Paqa the Profound (Summoner)
- Juu Zeni the Poisonmist (Ninja)
- Nuu Kofu the Gentle (White Mage)
Buff up before you approach, as usual. A popular strategy is to kill the White Mage and Summoner first to remove the Yagudo's healing abilities. You should attempt to sleep the melee until fighting each of them. The most common order to kill these is WHM, SMN, SAM then NIN. Beware their two-hour abilities.
Once you defeat this BC fight, you'll be given a Balga Champion Certificate. Head to Castle Oztroja. You'll need to fight Yagudo Flagellants here until you obtain one Judgment Key for your group. You'll need to get past the Yagudo High Priest to get to the Brass Door behind him. (Beware, the priest has True Sight and can see through Invisible.) Have your party member with the Brass Key trade it to the Brass Door to open it and have everyone quickly pass through. Inside, speak with Kaa Toru the Just. You'll receibe a key item and an Ashura Necklace.
Return to the Star Sibyl and you'll become Rank 7 and be given a 40,000 gil reward.
