The Temple of Desolation
In the Sanctuary of Zi'Tah, head to Ro'Meave at the northern tip of this zone (F-5). Head to H-5 to enter the Hall of the Gods. (You will need Sneak in Ro'Meave).
Follow the hall down to the gate at the other end, and examine it twice.
