Zilart Mission 14
Ark Angels
In order to complete Zilart Mission 14, you must defeat 5 Ark Angels (one of each race). There are two methods of satisfying this requirement. The standard mission involves a single party defeating the Ark Angels one at a time. Alternatively, you can complete a quest called Divine Might, which requires a full alliance to defeat all of the Ark Angels at once.
The Standard method requires fewer people and is considerably easier. However, Divine Might has additional rewards. Both methods are described below.
ZM14: The Standard Mission
In the standard mission, you must defeat each Ark Angel in an arena. The entrance to each is located in Ru'Aun Gardens. You can reach the floating islands where these arenas exist by using the red teleporters located on the main islands. The locations of the Ark Angels are illustrated here:

Descriptions of the Ark Angels themselves follow the instructions for Divine Might. This mission is complete once all 5 Ark Angels are defeated.
Divine Might
Divine Might is a quest that serves to complete ZM14, and to earn an extra reward. Divine Might can be completed even if you are already done ZM14.
First, enter the Shrine of Ru'Avitau through the main entrance (from Ru'Aun Gardens) and run straight ahead to a targetable area of the wall. Examine it for a cutscene - and make sure you do. If you miss this cutscene, you can still participate in Divine Might, but you cannot complete ZM14 or earn any reward.
Next, trade an Illuminink and a Parchment to the fountain in Ro'Maeve (near the Hall of the Gods) during a Full Moon. You can obtain an Illuminink from Cursed Puppets or Magic Flagons in Ro'Maeve. Parchments can be crafted or purchased at the AH. Trading these items gives you an Ark Pentasphere. Only one Ark Pentasphere is required per alliance.
You must then enter an Ark Angels arena (La'Loff Amphitheater) by trading the Ark Pentasphere. You can enter from any of the entrances, but your entire alliance must use the same entrance.
You will now have to fight the entire set of 5 Ark Angels at once. They are described in the following section. Upon defeating them, head back to the Shrine of Ru'Avitau and re-examine the target on the wall to complete the quest.
Completing Divine Might gives you a choice of 5 earrings as your reward: the Abyssal Earring, the Beastly Earring, the Bushinomimi, the Knight's Earring or the Suppanomimi. You can only choose once, and after you have selected your reward it cannot be changed.

The Ark Angels
This section describes the Ark Angels you will fight in ZM14 and/or Divine Might. Each enemy has two jobs, and uses abilities (including two-hours) related to both.
Ark Angel EV
The Elvaan is a Paladin and a White Mage and will use both Invincible and Benediction, as well as Spirits Within (which can quickly kill the tank). EV's AoE causes Silence, so bring Echo Drops. It's recommended that you use Gravity and/or Bind to slow EV down. Summoners are very useful on this Ark Angel to deal damage from a distance.
Ark Angel GK
The Galkan Ark Angel is a Samurai and a Dragoon with a Great Katana. He'll call out a Wyvern and use a binding AoE attack. He'll also use Meikyo Shisui more than once, so be ready for sudden damage and have a back-up tank if possible.
Ark Angel HM
The Hume is a Ninja and a Warrior and carries two swords. He has a stronger AoE than the others (Cross Reaver) and will also use Mighty Strikes. The biggest threat from HM is if he chooses to use Mijin Gakure. This two-hour isn't always used, but if he decides to pull it off with high HP it can be devestating. Mages should stay out of range at all times.
Ark Angel MR
The Mithra is a Beastmaster and a Theif. She'll summon a pet at first, which will be either a tiger or a black Mandragora. The tiger is preferable, but either way, you should sleep the pet and focus on taking her out. MR uses Charm, which can make for a quick turn for the worse. She will also use Perfect Dodge and Havoc Spiral, causing AoE damage and sleep.
Ark Angel TT
The Tarutaru Ark Angel is a Black Mage and a Dark Knight and carries a Scythe. Although he casts black magic, he's generally fairly weak. You should watch out for his Manafront, Blood Weapon and a weapon skill called Amon Drive (which does AoE damage and Paralysis/Petrification). The most frustrating ability of the AA TT is his ability to teleport around the battlefield.
Once all 5 Ark Angels have been defeated (on their own or with Divine Might) you are ready to move on.
