Return to Delkfutt's Tower
You'll again want a full party of 65+ for ZM8. It's a good idea to have some Delkfutt Tower keys ahead of time — either way they're obtained at the top of the tower like in Mission 3-3.
Enter Delkfutt's Tower from Quifm and turn left towards E-8. Continue along to H-8 and find the ??? point. Examine this and you'll find yourself in Upper Dlkfutt's tower. Go to F-8 and continue upstairs to the eleventh floor. Here, find J-6 to go up, and then go to F-10 on the twelfth floor.
You can enter Stellar Fulcrum from the portal here. You'll find Kam'lanaut here. Kill him.
