Terra Master
Terra Master is the card game in Final Fantasy IX. It is much more complex than the game in FF8. This time cards can attack in two methods, indicated by the letter on the card. P is for Physical Attack, M is for Magic Attack, and X is for Auto. Auto will automatically determine which attack is better for you. The first number is the power of your attack, the last two numbers are your defense (Physical, Magical.)
So a card with the label 1M12 attacks with Magic (Power 1), Has 1 Physical defense, and has 2 Magic defense.
