So, FF13 was released this week. I know Dekkarra's playing it, because I see him on Xbox Live right now. I just picked up my copy today.

Who else is playing this one? Any initial thoughts?

I was disappointed to see save points when I started... I thought we'd be past this by now. Otherwise the graphics are nice, and English voice acting isn't too bad so far. I'm not far enough to really judge the gameplay.

This game in my mind sucks, the battle system is good but the straight complete linearness is like a slap in the face, atleast I never have to worry about wandering off my one way path. I liked snow and hope if their with other people and the story is good but the game itself is just to boring.

Is the story good? I felt XII's was lacking.

it was good and it was different from all the others which was refreshing but in my mind their was more bad than good but others may have liked it.
