Blades Quest 1: Delivery for Caius

In Seyda Neen, at the very beginning of the game, Socuelus Ergalla asks you to deliver a package to Caius Cosades in Balmora.

The easiest thing to do is to ride the Silt Strider, which is the large insect-like creature on the east side of Seyda Neen. The operator of the strider will offer you some destination choices. You can go anywhere you want, but Caius is in Balmora.

Caius is located in the northeast of Balmora in his house. When you deliver the package, you become a member of the Blades.

Caius then gives you 200 gold, and instructs you to get some kind of weapons and armor, and to work on raising some skill before you begin your quests.
