Oblivion: Dark Brotherhood Quest
Talk with Arquen between 12:00 am and 3:00 am to be transported right to Bravil. The Lucky Old Lady statue there is a little more important than was reavealled earlier. You'll watch as the Brotherhood opens the statue and enters the Night Mother's sanctuary. Follow them inside.
The Night Mother will be summoned and the traitor, Mathieu Bellamont, will kill two of the other Speakers and attack the Night Mother. Once you're able, kill him.
The Night Mother continues to tell you about your role in the Dark Brotherhood, and promotes you to Listener, the leader of the Dark Brotherhood (after her, of course). She'll offer all of the treasures in her tomb before you leave, and she'll also strengthen your Blade of Woe with more magical enhancements.
From this point on, you control the Dark Sanctuary. Eventually, new murderers will show up, and you can visit the Night Mother's statue to receive new orders and get paid for distributing them to the remaining speaker. Congratulations, Listener.
